Real Estate Commission: Regular Board Meeting- Monday, January 23, 2023, At 9:00 A.M.
The New Mexico Real Estate Commission will conduct a regular meeting on Monday, January 23, 2023 at 9:00 a.m. at the Regulation and Licensing Department office, 5500 San Antonio Drive NE, in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The meeting will be a hybrid of in-person attendance and attendance by Zoom. The Zoom link to the meeting will be included in the meeting agenda, which will be posted on the Commission website no later than 72 hours before the meeting The Commission may go into Closed Session pursuant to the exceptions to open meetings in the Open Meetings Act, Sections 10-15-1 H (1) (3) and (7). Persons with a disability requiring accommodations to attend and participate in the meeting should contact Commission Executive Secretary Wayne W. Ciddio at (505) 785-3937 as soon as possible. Meeting materials can be made available in various accessible formats to facilitate attendance and participation. Real estate brokers can receive up to four hours of continuing education credit during each three-year licensing cycle by attending Commission meetings, rule hearings, disciplinary hearings, and meetings of the Education Advisory Committee. Attendance at the above-referenced meeting will also fulfill the requirement for qualifying brokers to attend Commission meetings at the time of initial application and renewal.
