The Private Investigations Advisory Board will convene a regular Board Meeting on January 10, 2025, 10:00 a.m. The meeting will be held at the Regulation and Licensing Department Rio Grande Conferences Room, 2550 Cerrillos Road, Santa Fe NM 87505 The meeting agenda will be posted and available at least 72 hours before the board meeting on the Board’s website at: Private Investigations Board Information | NM RLD. The members of the Private Investigations Advisory Board may ask questions for clarification but will not engage in substantive discussion of public comments or take formal action on an item of business unless noticed in the meeting agenda. Issues raised in public comment may be placed on the agenda for a future public meeting for discussion or action. For inclement weather: If New Mexico state offices are placed on a two-hour delay due to inclement weather, the board meeting will be pushed back two hours from the noticed meeting time. If New Mexico state offices are closed due to inclement weather, the board meeting will be rescheduled as soon as possible. *This language is contingent upon the Board’s position as to whether to accept public comment virtually, or in-person only.
