Notice is hereby given that the New Mexico Athletic Commission will convene a Regular meeting on Friday, February 7, 2025. The meeting will begin at 10:00 a.m. and will be held at the Regulation & Licensing department at 5500 San Antonio Dr NE, Albuquerque, NM 87109. For those desiring to attend in person. The meeting will also be held via Microsoft Teams Meetings.
Individuals who would like to participate and offer public comment must appear in person. The members of the New Mexico Athletic Commission may ask questions for clarification but will not engage in substantive discussion of public comments or take formal action on an item of business unless noticed in the meeting agenda. Issues raised in public comment may be placed on the agenda for a future public meeting for discussion or action.
For inclement weather: If New Mexico state offices are placed on a two-hour delay due to inclement weather, the board meeting will be pushed back two hours from the noticed meeting time. If New Mexico state offices are closed due to inclement weather, the board meeting will be rescheduled as soon as possible.
*This language is contingent upon the Commission's position as to whether to accept public comment virtually, or in-person only.
The agenda will be posted and available at least 72 hours before the meeting on the Board’s website.
