As a result of a rulemaking completed on June 28, 2023, Interior Design has finalized new rules, 16.42 NMAC, Parts 1 through 7. The new rules are effective on July 18, 2023. The amendments to these parts are to comply with statutory changes to the Interior Designers Act, which appear at NMSA 1978, Sections 61-24C-8, 61-24C-9, 61-24C-10.
