Cannabis Regulatory Advisory Committee
Notice is given that the New Mexico Cannabis Regulatory Advisory Committee (CRAC) will convene a regular meeting on Friday, December 8, 2023, beginning at 1:30 p.m. The meeting will be held virtually ONLY via Microsoft Teams Meetings.

The meeting agenda will be posted on the Cannabis Control Division’s website no later than seventy-two (72) hours before the scheduled start of the meeting and may be accessed through the following link: https://ccd.rld.state.nm.us/cannabis-regulatory-advisory-committee/. Copies may also be obtained by contacting Joone Tena at (505) 476-4509 or joone.tena@rld.nm.gov.
The CRAC invites public comment. Any guest wishing to provide public comment must register in advance to attend virtually. Public comments will be limited to three (3) minutes per person.
