Meeting agendas will be posted on the Cannabis Control Division’s website no later than 72 hours before the scheduled start of the meeting and may be accessed here. The agenda for any meeting is subject to amendment until 72 hours prior to the scheduled start of the meeting. Please check for any updates to meeting agendas that may be made prior to that deadline.

The C-RAC invites public comment. Any guest wishing to provide public comment must attend the in-person meeting or register in advance to attend virtually. Public comments will be limited to 3 minutes per person. If you are unable to attend in person or virtually, written comments will be accepted, but must be received by noon the day before the meeting to ensure adequate time to compile. The written comment portion is limited to 250 words. Please provide your full name, the business entity you represent, if any, and indicate if you would like your comment to be read aloud at the meeting.
