The meeting will begin at 10:00 a.m. and will be held at the Regulation and Licensing Department, 5500 San Antonio Dr NE, Albuquerque, NM 87109 in the Sandia Conference Room and online via Cisco Webex. Attendees may also attend by phone.
Notice is hereby given that the Nutrition and Dietetics Practice Board will convene a regular meeting on Monday, June 13, 2022. The meeting will begin at 10:00 a.m. and will be held at the Regulation and Licensing Department, 5500 San Antonio Dr NE, Albuquerque, NM 87109 in the Sandia Conference Room and online via Cisco Webex. Attendees may also attend by phone. Due to recent developments and changing nature of the COVID-19 pandemic, members of the public are invited to attend or participate in the meeting through virtual means. Following the New Mexico Open Meetings Act and guidance from the Office of the New Mexico Attorney General, members participating remotely shall be counted towards quorum for conducting business of the public body. Circumstances of the COVID-19 pandemic and related public health concerns may make it “difficult or impossible for [a] member to attend the meeting in person,” and permits remote participation of any or all members of the public body under the Open Meetings Act, NMSA 1978, Section 10-15-1(C).
