Constituent Day Scheduling Form

 NMRLD will be hosting a second constituent day on August 24, 2023.

This day is meant to connect our staff with you, our constituent, to personally assist you with various needs including applying for a new license, renewing your current license, discussing compliance issues you might be facing, and more. These will be one-on-one 30-minute meetings.

Note: In-person meetings will be held at NMRLD’s Albuquerque office, 5500 San Antonio Dr. NE, Albuquerque, NM 87109.

Please choose your division carefully. 

• • Alcoholic Beverage Control Division: Regulates the sale, service, and consumption of alcohol and tobacco.
  • Boards and Commissions Division – Health Licensing Bureau: Licensure and regulation of various health care professions including dentists, massage therapists, social workers, counselor, and more.
  • Boards and Commissions Division – Professional Licensing Bureau: Licensure and regulation various professions including security guards, accountants, tattoo artists, and more.
  • Cannabis Control Division: Regulates and licenses cannabis businesses in New Mexico.
  • Construction Industries Division: Licensing those involved in the New Mexico construction industry including general contractors, electricians, and mechanical plumbers.
  • Financial Institutions Division: Licenses and regulates financial entities in New Mexico.
  • Manufactured Housing Division: Regulates the manufacture and installation of manufactured homes in New Mexico.
  • Securities Division: Licenses stockbrokers and investment advisers whose business is to assist and advise investors.
