Look Up a License

Under “Profession,” select “Board of Pharmacy.” Search by Name or License Number.

If your license appears in the “Look Up a License” tool, you can also download and print official copies of your license through your account in the Licensing Portal.

We continue to work at updating the online license system for the time period that we were without a fully operational licensing system. If the online verification does not reflect your license or license renewal, please e-mail pharmacy.board@rld.nm.gov and include a copy of your current license.

This is a primary source verification.  To request board of pharmacy verification of licensure for another state, please contact the board at pharmacy.board@rld.nm.gov
